At The Glam Souls, every order is packed with care from our small independent UK business. We truly appreciate your support and patience while we prepare your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail.

Available shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout. If you’ve selected a tracked service, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not from the date your order is placed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. Although we always aim for your order to arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as weather, customs, public holidays, industrial action, or courier disruptions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address has been entered and your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once any additional shipping costs have been paid.
